Philosophy

Not Good Enough believes that the Internet is the perfect medium for getting consumer voices heard. This is especially so, since research tells us that less than 5% of unhappy customers ever take their complaints to management. NGE now provides an outlet for those 95% of customers to be heard not just by the NGE community but by the organisations themselves.

So, while complaining in its own right might be important, getting the message to companies - and encouraging solutions is even more so.

NGE believes that providing companies and government with your feedback is a win for you - you get heard - and a win for companies and government - they know what they need to do.
